But fate had other plans for Rex on this tranquil morning. As he approached the park's entrance, his eyes widened with disbelief and confusion. There, standing before him, was Lex Arthur, the embodiment of a grudge from a previous encounter at the mall. Lex wasn't alone; he was flanked by a formidable group of 15 men, each bearing unique and potentially dangerous powers.
