She filled the teapot to seven-tenths full, then closed it.

Lifting the teapot, she brought it closer and took a whiff, smiling as she said, "It smells wonderful."

Zhou Chi wasn't a tea connoisseur, nor did he particularly enjoy the bitterness of tea. However, upon hearing her praise, it didn't seem quite as difficult to endure. He took a sip, pursed his lips, and then took another sip.

After repeating this a few times, he finally ran out of patience, casting a cautious glance at Shen Wan.

"Speak your mind."

Zhou Chi grinned. "I have a few questions."

"Go ahead."

"Why did you bring up the topic of shares just now? Clearly, you didn't want them, yet you mentioned it, which could be annoying."

"Who found it annoying?" Shen Wan lowered her eyelids slightly, continuing to savor her tea.

"Oh! Didn't you see the other guy? His eyeballs almost popped out!"

"I saw him. It means my request was indeed a bit unreasonable."
