บท 172: The Star Hall Pope's Choice

When faced with the two choices given by Alister, the Star Hall Pope wanted to refuse since he was loyal to the Star God, but the problem was that the Star God was dead.

Although it was only the death of the Star God's avatar, the Star Hall Pope knew that even if the Star God could send another avatar, the limit of this world's power level would prevent the Star God from possessing a higher level of power than before.

In other words, the previous combat power shown by the Star God was the Star God's strongest state in his avatar form. And even that powerful state was easily defeated by Alister which caused the Star Hall Pope to dare not make a hasty decision out of impulse.

'Furthermore, this monster defeated the Star God's avatar in just under a minute and he didn't even suffer from any injuries nor exhaustion. Facing such an existence, the Star Hall will easily be destroyed and my daughter and loyal subjects will die with me which I cannot afford.'
