บท 597: Son and Daughter

While making noodles, Lu Jueyu boiled a pot of water and put fifty eggs into the pot. While the eggs are boiling, she pulls the noodles. Usually for longevity noodles, each bowl has only one noodle. So, this really tests the skill of the chef.

By the time she finished her noodles, the eggs were ready. She removed the pot from the stove, poured out the hot water, and removed the eggs to cool. Then she cooked the noodles in another pot. Normally longevity noodles are stir-fried, but the children like to drink soup for breakfast, so she made bone soup noodles instead.

She then took out the red food coloring from her space and dropped three drops into a bowl of water. Then she placed the hard-boiled eggs into the bowl and spread them evenly over the surface. It took her a while to color the eggs red.
