บท 85: Not going all the way

Hae-won knew this would escalate so he decided to change the topic.

"About the baby, did you... did you hear it from the doctor?" He asked, successfully gaining their attention.

Baek-Hyun turned to him looking a bit sad.

"We did." Woo-Bin answered. "Though it was really unexpected." He said and lowered his head. "My thoughts were likely that we had ruined your life somehow."

Hae-won was quiet.

"But it worked out well, I guess." He smiled and he felt relieved. 

"Hyung," Baek-Hyun called. "Did you plan to keep it to yourself?" He asked.

This question caught Hae-won off guard and he lowered his head. 

"I... I was still thinking of what to do when you showed up." He said. 

'So that's why he was looking so down.' Baek-Hyun thought, rubbing the back of his neck. "Sorry we seemed unreliable and made you hurt."

"Don't be. I also had a part in this by keeping it to myself." He managed to smile.
