A part of the City, including many soldiers and people, instantly became ice statues. In a single attack, more than 1/5th of the entire Mistwood City was frozen in glaciers forever. Countless beings were turned into ice statues. 

Seeing this, everyone in the City became even more panicked. Everyone started hiding from this monster. 

"Everyone hide in your houses. Do not come out; otherwise, the attack of this monster will turn you into Ice Statues." The people were scared of each other while taking their families to hide. 

At least, by staying inside the houses, the probability of being frozen to death was a little less.
