Morgan closed the door of his room and slumped down against it. His heart was beating heavily in excitement as he gazed at the figurines of various heroes he had around his room. He didn't even greet his Aunt at the door after arriving home. He just locked himself in his room.
"Morgan? Is that you? Why did you come home so early, did Kenny and Matt let you play with them today?" The concerned voice of Morgan's Aunt came from the other side of his door.
"Y-yes Aunt June, I just wanted to play in my room instead of going to the arcade today," Morgan answered.
"Did those boys make you cry again?" June questioned with ferocity.
"It's okay Aunt June, I just want to play alone for a while," Morgan responded.
June sighed loudly from the other side of the door. It seemed like she was used to this kind of thing.
"Dinner is in 2 hours," June said before leaving Morgan on his own.
Morgan had lived with his Aunt and Uncle for the past three years now after his parents had left him with them to go abroad. They were a big part of Morgan's life, more parents than his real parents ever were.
"Alright, love you, Aunt June!" Morgan shouted from inside his room.
He got up from the ground and focused his attention on his dresser mirror. He could barely recognize his own reflection. His appearance didn't change too drastically to where he looked like a different person, he still has his brown hair, freckles, and common features. But his body was practically screaming 'perfect health'. His body was filled out and better proportioned, his posture was straight and sturdy. If someone were to describe the changes in his body, it was like all the hidden dangers in his body were removed.
Morgan turned himself left and right, looking at himself in the mirror. He was no longer skinny and his brain was having a hard time handling that. He didn't have a six-pack or the muscles of an athlete, but he had enough meat on his bones to develop them with enough time.
"Don't worry! I'm here!" He made a few poses in the mirror, flexing his child-sized muscles.
After a few minutes of admiring himself, he focused on the real changes. He held out his hands and felt his quirk quietly.
*Poof*
A tiny Chibi Genie appeared on Morgan's shoulders, in the pose of 'The Thinker', just watching Morgan who had his eyes closed. After 3 minutes of nothing happening, Chibi Genie couldn't take it anymore.
"You're doing it wrong!" Chibi Genie exclaimed, standing up from his thinking posture.
"H-huh?! Oh! Hello Mr. Genie, haha" Morgan said, surprised but then changing into laughter.
"Who likes Genie anyway? I'm Chibi Genie! I'm different from Genie, understand?! Small is king." Chibi Genie explains seriously.
Morgan nods his head in agreement.
"So, as I was saying. You can't just focus and use your quirk like before." Chibi Genie explains.
"What should I do then?" Morgan asks anxiously.
"Focus on your quirk, and place your hand over your heart." Chibi Genie explains.
Morgan closed his eyes and felt his quirk again while keeping his hand over his heart.
"Alright, fantastic lad! Now, do you feel a connection between your quirk and your heart?" Chibi Genie asks.
"I-I think so," Morgan says.
"Great! Now pull on that feeling! Reel it in and push it out through your hands!" Chibi Genie encouraged.
A dull blue light came from Morgan's hands as a small figure was forming. It lasted only a few seconds before the light receded and a figure remained in his hand. Morgan opened his eyes and stared at the figurine in his hand.
"Huh? Chibi Genie, is this... me?" Morgan asked confused.
Meanwhile, in Morgan's mind, he could feel a status of information about the figure appear when he focused on it.

"Chibi Genie, I seem to know exactly what this figure of me, is, inside my head," Morgan exclaimed excitedly.
"Of course, of course, of course." Chibi Genie nodded repeatedly.
Chibi Genie and Morgan continued to mess around in his room until his Aunt and Uncle called him from his room for dinner. Chibi Genie changed himself into a version of his own [Wonderous Figurine], to hide in plain sight.

...
New York, Blue Man Group Incorporated.
Genie had just left a chibi clone of himself to coach the young hero, before returning back to his company. He was surprised to find his building already surrounded by varying parties of law enforcement, hero agencies, and other groups. They were embarrassing themselves at trying to knock down the front doors to his building, even though he made them out of bedrock from Minecraft.
Soon, commotion spread after the parties realized that Genie had appeared. It wasn't long before a group of tough-looking heroes and top brass people approached him.
"Hello, are you... Blue Felon?" A hero in a gigantic carrot costume asked.
"Who are you callin a Felon?" Genie asked while transforming his face to have buck teeth and instantly changing his attire to match prison stripes.
"We are gonna have to ask you to come with us, sir." A gruff-looking agent approach Genie, his posture ready for a fight.
"Oh? Why?" Genie asked, genuinely confused.
"Unlawful use of unregistered quirks, several accounts of public disruption, and someone has filed charges against you." The man continued to approach Genie, taking out handcuffs.
"Oh-" Genie scratched his nose and didn't move, while the agent attempted to slap handcuffs on him, only for the cuffs to go right through his wrists like passing through blue smoke.
"Sir, are you resisting arrest?! You must stop all usage of your quirk." The agent asked, signaling to the others around him to move in.
"Huh? But sir, I'm not doing anything! " Genie exclaimed, grabbing at the man's legs while fake sobbing.
"That's it!" The man shouted as tranquilizer darts were shot at Genie's back. But they passed right through him again like smoke.
The others that surrounded him seemed to spring to life, firing all kinds of quirks at Genie, but they slipped right through him, seeming to not affect him. Nothing seemed to change and the hero Stars and Stripes arrived as backup to help the heroes in capturing Genie, despite him not actually doing anything.
"[The air is tranquilizer to Blue Felon]" Stars and Stripes commanded with her quirk, but it seemed that even that didn't do anything as Genie just stood there as he had before.
"[Blue Felon is uncon-]" Stars and Stripes attempted to try something else, be she felt as if her quirk had hit something she couldn't possibly do. Like an average man, trying to live a 1-ton rock, she realized she couldn't finish her sentence.
"How is this possible?!" Stars and Stripes exclaimed.
"Well, it's been fun but I have a business to attend to. Todaloo~" Genie smiled at everyone before poofing into his building.
The people who had been trying to arrest him could only watch as a large cutout sign, of Genie blowing a raspberry with the words 'CLOSED', appeared and rocked back and forth on the door of his skyscraper. They were back at square one, attempting to enter the building.
