Damon stood in front of the ward door for a while unable to go in, he then shut his eyes taking in a deep breath before pushing open the door he would have to face it sooner than later anyways.

Amelia was as usual laying own on the bed unmoving, Damon took a glance at her then sighed before heading towards where the baby cot was.

He gently picked up the little girl putting her in an awkward position in his arms before finally getting used to it.

Damon released a soft smile then touched the young girl's cheek, he could see the resemblance with Amelia already even though she was still so little.

"I wonder what name she wanted to give you." Damon pondered realizing the does not even know the name that Amelia would have loved to give the child.
