Noa rejoined Eden and So-Rin, who were patiently waiting by the side of the road.
So-Rin couldn't help but inquire, "Are you done dealing with the kid?"
"Yes," Noa replied, a gentle smile on his face. "He's coming with us."
So-Rin raised an eyebrow, a hint of curiosity in her voice. "Are you planning to have him stay at your place too?" She was aware that Noa lived in a small apartment, and accommodating another person would make the space even more cramped.
"No, my apartment is too small to accommodate more roommates," Noa explained. "But I want to make sure he finds a safe place, so we'll be bringing him to one of the guild's bases, as Eden suggested."
So-Rin nodded, understanding Noa's intention. While the guild's bases might not be perfect, they offered resources and support that surpassed what Noa could provide in his limited living space.
"Alright, let's head home then," So-Rin said, signaling their readiness to leave.
