A middle-aged male with a handsome face and muscular build slapped Arthur's face with the back of his hand, causing a loud crack, sending him flying into a wall, his cheek bleeding.

The entire upper body of Arthur was filled with the same kind of bruises and wounds.

"My son, I believe losing was never an option for the Pendragon family." This man was Uther, the former Duke of the Empire and fourth in line to the throne, only losing his succession rights after his Lord position was lost during the great Avalon Human x Demon war.

The Demon lord had chosen Arthur instead of him, which forced him to lose his Lord position. However, he managed to become the current Emperor's advisor.

"Father... The opponent had an overbearing advantage. My swordplay did not affect the brute's physique." Arthur groaned.
