บท 18: 18. The party

"Damien? Are you done? Come down fast otherwise we will be late for the party." Monica called from the living room. 

There were Damien's parents, Richard and Diana, Damien's younger brother, Adrian present in the room. He didn't come home for three days. From the time Arabella returned. He had just come home to get ready for the party and was leaving already. They all know about Arabella's entry and they were curious to talk to Damien about it but they didn't get any chance. 

After calling Damien, she looked at them and gave them a smile. Then she took her seat on one of the couches opposite them.

"You have a party to attend?" Diana asked.

"Yes, Diana. Me and Damien both do. It's Mr Hastington's fiftieth marriage anniversary. And you all already know he is like the godfather in the business world so me and Damien both can't afford to miss this party and it's a good opportunity to extend our business connections." Monica said with a smile.
