What nonsense had I just heard?

Alpha Cedric ordered the release of that big dirty thing called Jenna.

Gosh!

I couldn't help getting bitter and smacking the tables in my room. Why on earth had Cedric gone this crazy?

Why would he demand the release of an enemy that would consume us?

An enemy that consumed my brother and tossed his head to me.

The palace was shaking at this revelation. Everyone was panicking over this odd decision of the pack's alpha.

It wasn't pretty even to the ears of the new born, and not to me and my minions either.

I paced around my room in anger, wishing I was strong enough to challenge her and smite her publicly, the same way he wasted my brother in the ring on that fateful date before tossing his head at me, as though she did me a favor.
