บท 145: Entanglement

"Why would he gift you a pass?" The maid asked, her eyebrows furrowed in disbelief. She was suspicious of him, the angels and good spirit never entered the evil immortal realm and so they never let evil spirits enter their realm. 

It is a rule, probably, was a rule. The maid was stunned to see the expression on Moros's face. It appeared that he was about to tell her something that she could not afford to know. 

Moros held back his tears, which surprisingly became frequent ever since he came in the realm of Diqiu. He gulped the lump in his throat and informed,"He is no more…."

The woman stared at him silently for a brief moment and then looked away, a strange chuckle escaped from her mouth and she turned to Moros again, he was standing with hands clasped before him, gripping each other tightly as to control his emotions.
