Alec returned to the Amulet worlds, enveloped by the darkness that no longer gave him a sense of emptiness.

Instead, the space now teemed with a multitude of objects: the Three Doors of the Beast Forest floated on one side, the majestic Primordial Tree towered on another, and the carcass of a demonic beast that he had accumulated also draped over the Primordial tree’s root.

Adjacent to them, is a small mana spring adding a touch of vibrancy, as everything seemed more vivid and vibrant compared to the moment Alec was first summoned to the Amulet world, filled with nothing but void.

As Alec gazed at the Primordial Tree, he suddenly realized that he had overlooked something, perhaps his preoccupation with the ongoing competition had diverted his attention.

Nonetheless, after achieving Tier 5 mage status it meant he was now capable of growing a fifth branch on the tree.

The thought of growing another branch spurred a prompt system notification.
