บท 491: The crowning

Elliana walked downstairs after writing a heartfelt letter to Mr. Marino, her eyes neutral from all the crying she had to do for the pitiful love that she buried deep inside that box she placed on the bed as a gift for her lovely husband.

"Are you ready to go?" Prince Vincenzo asked, feeling no good vibes coming from her.

He didn't know what it was that made her this... Unapproachable.

Her eyes screamed danger even when she had a soft expression on her face.

"Yes," she said in her soft voice, but today her soft voice sounded like the calm before the storm, and Vincenzo sighed.

Maybe he was thinking too much into things.

Elliana wasn't the type to create a ruckus like that. He told himself, more like consoled his heart that was contemplated between his friendship and his duty towards family today.
