She didn't go back to the Inn. 

She kept walking towards the forest with a sad smile on her face, trying her best to not let her tears fall as she remembered what her prince was shouting at his subordinate.

After reaching some distance, she sat on a large rock, bringing her knees together to her chest. 

In the end, no matter how well she behaves with anyone, no one really wants her. 

No matter how docile and how many things she bears, no one wants to deal with her.

Elliana smiled, rocking herself back and forth to calm the raging ache in her heart.

She didn't know it would hurt so much. She always knew it was the truth. Everything that the prince said, she had already thought about it at least ten times.
