บท 158: How Vincenzo Met Glory (Part-2)

Vincenzo was a noble, but everyone knew he was far from being a gentleman, at least not to humans. 

When he saw the girl picking up the goggles and placing them back, he gulped, shocked at his own behavior and desire to see her eyes again. 

"What did you apply on my forehead? It's healing already and without blood," Vincenzo was surprised when he saw his forehead in the lake water.

"The herbs that I am sure any vampire doctor would be well aware of," She said before she sat back down and pulled her legs to her chest. 

"You reek of blood. Did someone attack you?" Vincenzo sat close to her, finding it strange that she was still not flinching away from him.

"When you live among wolves, you are bound to get wounded," she smiled.

"What is that -" 

"Sir, the car is ready," Vincenzo heard his subordinate from some distance, and he nodded dejectedly before standing from his place.
