Upon hearing that Yuri and Tuss were headed to the front lines to find Officer Lyao, Daleks immediately volunteered to join them. Kilana, however, swiftly shot him down, "Are you sure you're planning to help and not just become a liability or, worse, a casualty? Remember, we're talking about the front lines here."
A shade of embarrassment crept onto Daleks' face, and he glared at Kilana, falling silent.
"Are you certain you must go?" Ender objected, "It's too dangerous."
"Well, it's not exactly a must, but... we want to go," Tuss admitted honestly. If the army couldn't locate someone, their chances of doing so in the vastness of space were even slimmer.
But some things needed to be done, regardless of how slim the odds might be, especially when it involved saving lives.
"We won't recklessly plunge into the battlefield, rest assured," Yuri tried to assuage their worries.
Creation is hard, cheer me up!
