Dominic's eyes remained on Old Madam Zhu's figure, sighing as he remembered Lukas's words. It sounded all so tempting in the ear until Lukas went on to a more complicated part of his plans. 

According to him, even before everything went down this way, there were already plans in motion to take down Florence Oxley. However, what they didn't see coming was that Florence had already spread her virulent power and built her influence all over the world. She was connected not only to vicious felons across the world, but she also had a vote in big international government agencies. 

In other words, even before Lukas and the rest could see Florence's real level of threat, it was already too late. This explains why nothing happened until now because if they made a misstep, they'd fall straight to hell.
