"Of course." Dane smiled, gripping his phone to his side. "What brings you here, Miss Wei?"

"Don't worry. I'm not here to declare my feelings again."

"That's not... what I meant."

Ivy's smile widened as she chuckled, glancing at the children playing in the orphanage playground. "Just kidding," she quipped, her eyes shifting to Dominic, and the volunteers engaged in charity work; some played with the children or read a book to them while others were feeding them. "I just thought it's been a while since we caught up. So, here I am to catch up."

"Or were you avoiding the charity work?" Dane teased monotonously, earning a swift glance from her.
