Mia had done the best she could. She had researched available interviews for models and had filled her calendar. To her, she wasn't at the stage where she needed the services of a manager, but Declan had insisted, and she found it hard to say no to him. So right now, she was sitting beside Alexis, her manager, picking the interviews they thought would showcase her charisma.

According to Alexis, it wasn't just about working and making money. Building a reputation was important, and because of that, some work was completely off the table. Mia liked Alexis. She was smart, funny, and easy to work with. Anyone would have thought they had always been friends, even though it hadn't been up to a week since they had been introduced to each other.

"I think this is perfect, and it's today. They accept walk-in applicants."
