many people is seen running around on the border of the forest.
a limit line is placed around the huge forest, and guard stationed around the forest. no man will be allowed to enter for any possible reason.
the cause of quarantine is from the new anomaly that happen in this very forest.
there is reading of new Dungeon Ascension energy from this forest, but somehow the dungeon itself didn't emerge. it is as if something is holding back the raise of new dungeon, but at the same time doing it so poorly that energy reading still leaked and even there is report that the anomaly now absorbing magic power from the air.
to make it even worst, this anomaly is already in process for a year!

General Sinclair is having a meeting with his group of leaders.
Major General Adam, in charge of civilians rescue and evacuation.
Major General Cadavi, in charge of logistics and resources.
Major General Kili, in charge of task force and annihilation army.
Major General Lavita, in charge of scouting and information.
all five of them is level 2 super human with their own unique power.
"it has been a year since the anomaly appearance. there is no new sign of change from it. and from the report that i see, this new anomaly begin absorbing magic power from its surroundings.
now i want to hear from all of you. what should we do? " said General Sinclair.
"we already have report about a dungeon that emerge slower that commonly happen. maybe this is one of such dungeon, we just have not seen it yet. " said Major General Lavita.
"since this anomaly is so disturbing and it might be a slow emergence kind, why not we rush in and take it down?
we have taken out some dungeon, what stoping us from taking down this one? " Said Major General Kili.
"i know you are eager Kili, but even if we can breach the dungeon gate by force, we don't know what is it in there.
as experience has told us, the slow emergence dungeon is always, ALWAYS, way more dangerous than normal dungeon.
dungeon dwellers more deadly, and dungeon boss much more smarter.
rushing in will only bring a useless death! " Major General Lavita pressed.
"yes, but how much longer?
as you said, slow emergence is dangerous.
the longer we let it on its own, the more powerful the dwellers and dungeon boss become.
but if we strike now with our strongest, we might have a chance to deal real damage, or even destroy, the dungeon core in one go! " said Major General Kili insistently.
"enough you two.
i understand both of you point.
Major General Cadavi, Major General Adam, do any of you have something to add? " asked General Sinclair.
"i have nothing to add sir. both Kili and Lavita have give enough point for our future action.
my only concern is the city and civilians around the forest.
we already evacuated everyone but there is always someone left behind, and we don't know how it happen. " said Major General Adam.
"and i want to add that our logistics will be stretched too much to do prolonged quarantine.
without extra income, i am afraid we might not have enough food to maintain our people for quarantine. " add Major General Cadavi.
"don't we have funding from the country? " asked General Sinclair.
"yes we have sir, but we also need to maintain other dungeons around the country.
and i have to remind that we have not done to take down our last strongest dungeon.The End World"
"our elite team and super human is on their way to take down the dungeon. we just need to wait. " said Major General Kili, but he look restless.
"do you have something to report, Kili? " asked General Sinclair.
"this is not much of report sir but the team is having difficulty on solving the puzzle on the 10th floor.
sadly we cannot send any smarter guy in because the environment is too thick with magic power and we have no super human that is both smart and strong enough to survive there.
but it just a matter of time, like always. " said Major General Kili.
the General and Major General then continued to discuss about other dungeon that need their attention.
but while their discussion going, the alarm suddenly ring.

"Emergency Report, Sir!
the new dungeon have finally emerge.
the danger level is estimated at level 5, Sir! "

new dungeon that is already as strong as 10 floor one?
Kili! Lavita! deploy your unit!

Roar General Sinclair, that responded with a quick salute from Kili and Lavita before they blitz away.
