Tareef excitedly exited the war room immediately Stiles gave him the go-ahead to start his preparations.

Stiles felt strange seeing the burly man's expression of joy. He had never expected the Lieutenant General to have such a childish side.

As for Alexander, he talked a little about matters regarding the battle and how they should start preparing to take down the alliance before exiting the hall, advising Stiles to take a good rest. After all, he felt Stiles might be pressured about the countless humans that died—for Alexander, Stiles was an indirect force in their demise. Not like he cared—Kynburgh was all that mattered at the end.

He had also given Rebecca a glance, who, in turn, nodded at his gesture.

'Mmh, does she have something to add like Alexander?' Stiles appraised Rebecca's stance as she moved closer to his seat.

"Do you mind taking a walk? At least, to the closest terrace," Rebecca proposed, her impeccable smile brightening the war room.
