บท 49: Transformation 1

By the time Lu Fan finished his dish, business hours had ended.

He had yet to see his father but he knew that he must be having a hard time dealing with the numbers.

He was in charge of everything in the restaurant except for cooking. That was Chen Lu's domain.

He dabbed his lips with a napkin and sighed in satisfaction. He did not understand it. His culinary skills were leagues above his mother but there was always something in her dish he could not figure out.

He would rather eat his mother's meals on a daily than his own.

Looking at the now empty hall, Lu Fan stood and headed to the staff room.

Mei Xiulan and Mei Xiuying were close to having a mental breakdown. It was not until they had calmed down that they found a new problem. If Lu Fan was so strong, what of his parents?

This thought was gnawing at them and they did not know how to react.
