The appearance of the A.O.C task force and the store where they could buy anything made many powers alert.

This was too sudden.

When the towers appeared, the A.O.C system had made everything natural and it was believed that those towers were just there since ancient times.

But with the appearance and moves made by A.O.C, they started thinking of the possibility of A.O.C having an owner.

This did not board well for them.

A.O.C was just too powerful.

Add to this the technology of Arc Technologies and the reach of the Hope Foundation, they could basically form their own government.

With the store taking care of the trade aspect, the task force taking over security, and the points replacing the currency, they were powerless to do anything.

This fact hit the many powers hard.

Those with foresight decisively banked on A.O.C.

They took their kids to the Hope Academy and feed the Hope Foundation with huge sums of money.
