Everything happened so fast in Elijah's view. The daughter of Marquess Flint suddenly appeared while they were still in Marquess Flint's office, then Heidi advanced quickly to stab the girl while smothering her mouth when the girl wanted to scream. Heidi failed to control her power which was no longer restrained until the girl's body hit the wall hard before her death. The girl quickly lost her life, while Heidi calmly let the girl's lifeless body collapse helplessly onto the cold floor afterward.

Elijah didn't have time to stop the incident or have a chance to prevent the events that happened in a few seconds. All Elijah could do was stare until he finally came to his senses and advanced to grab Heidi's shoulder.

"Why did you kill that child, Heidi?!"
