While the flag is furled, Earth Rebellion's Mental and Reflexes Stat requirements are halved; when unfurled, its Physical Body Stat requirements are halved.

Earth Rebellion may be planted increasing the base Stats of all entities within its range by 100.

Succeeding in your cause enhances Earth Rebellion's abilities permanently, but only in proportion to the difficulty of your task.
