"Ouch."
This time, I actually ended up tripping on a pebble and even twisted my ankle a bit. Since my ankle has been broken before, and healed wrongly, it gets twisted and sprained easily.
Ares, like the gentleman hero he is, didn't waste a single second to lift me up in his arms and set me on the bench near the resting area.
Well, I am not complaining. He can carry me in his muscular arms all he wants.
After making me sit down on the bench, Ares himself knelt down on the ground, making my face, once again, erupt into burning flames.
"Ares- people are watching, get up! It doesn't hurt that mu- OW. OK, it does. Will you just get up for goddess' sake?"
I started to whisper yell when he knelt down on the ground, and propped my 'injured' ankle on his lap before proceeding to tightly wrap one of the many scarves I bought around it in a make shift bandage.
Ooooh, a new character~~~
What do you think is cooking?
