CHAPTER THIRTY NINE.

"Why?" She glared at the guards who were also having a hard time with following her orders.

She was also their boss, so technically they've been put in a difficult situation.

"The boss said your wounds aren't healed yet and shouldn't be allowed to move around." The one who seemed to be their leader spoke but she wasn't convinced at all.

All she wanted was a few minutes in the park.

"I'm just going to the park nearby. I won't stay long I promise." She pleaded and they made eye contact thinking about the situation when someone spoke.

"You don't have to worry about her wounds, she'll make use of the wheelchair if that's what you want to hear." They looked at the man holding a wheelchair and turned to the lady boss who was also staring at the man whom she remembered as Damien.

What was he doing at the hospital?
