"Hmm," the minister said thoughtfully, owning the gun was illegal but whatever she used to quickly heal those stab wounds mattered more. How many soldiers' lives would be saved if they had such magical medicine? This was a matter of national importance. "I will have to make some calls first." He said and he walked a short distance away to make a phone call.

Within one minute, T4 notified her that a permit had been sent to her email.

Walking back to her, Minister Su said, "It's done. For now a temporary permit has been sent to your email. Someone will deliver the physical stamped official permit to you later." He held out his hand expectantly, "It's your turn."
