"This is the brew you asked for, young miss," Aurelia handed over the bowl to the tired Islinda who sat up sluggishly from the bed to receive it. 

How in the world of Fae did she get to this point? Well, it turned out that flirting with Eli did have its consequences. 

After Eli made her see the "stars" with the help of his expert fingers, Islinda had sincerely thought that it was over only for him to clear the table with one clean sweep of his hand. The next he had deposited her onto the table with her dress ridden up. 

The servants, including her, gasped at the sudden turn of events and they didn't need a prophet to tell them their service was not needed anymore. They bowed their heads quickly and hurried out of the dining hall as if a beast was after them.
