บท 244: MAGDALENE RETURN

Magdalene felt so weak that she could hardly stand on her own. She fell to her knees and in no time she passed out on the rough ground.

"I'm leaving right away"Lucas said to Sheila as he watched her fall. Sheila nodded immediately. With his wings Popped out of his back and he flew away. It was already getting dark and it would be extremely dangerous if Magdalene was found by the wrong persons. He flew in a speed he had never used before. Since he had invited Sheila to the castle instead of going to Westendorf, it was easier to reach Magdalene. In no time he landed and found her sprawled on the ground.

"Magdalene" He called and she groaned and stirred a little. He looked around and saw an incoming carriage, waved down to have the Coachman stop. The Coachman looked skeptically at Lucas, oblivious to who he was. He saw that Lucas was carrying an unconscious girl and he debated whether to carry them or not.
