บท 132: Fiery Gambit (1)

Shinon watched in astonishment as the insectoids flew off, their buzzing wings gradually fading into the night. The relief that washed over him was palpable but quickly replaced by curiosity and concern.

"It's as if they sensed something," Shinon speculated, his voice filled with wonder and apprehension. "But what could have caused them to change course so abruptly?"

Lova peered through the foliage, her gaze following the diminishing silhouettes of the insectoids. 

"I don't know, but I'm not complaining," she replied a hint of relief in her voice. "Whatever it was, we should take advantage of this opportunity and continue moving... or-"

Shinon nodded, his mind racing with possibilities. The unexpected turn of events had given them a narrow window of opportunity to escape. He knew they couldn't afford to waste any time.
