บท 199: Irmilla's battle

Irmilla's fight went not on the first days, to her relief. After a two-day-long break between fighting, a new set of fights began—hers was there.

This was not as bad as the first day, but there was still barely enough time to prepare. Even though Irmilla was almost sure that she had the power to get her team to the next round, cold sweat formed on her brow.

She fanned it away and set the amulet that chilled the hot summer air around her to be colder.

Her match was the second one for today. The previous two teams were from evenly weak teams, and the fight was a slog. Now the audience was bored, but expecting something not much more interesting, since Irmilla's opponents were one of the stronger teams.

She watched from the patrons' lodge as they walked out into the arena. Irre, a rank five Illusion mage; Viglia, a rank five Shields mage; and Gialla, a rank four Summoning mage.
