It ultimately received heavenly punishment and was shackled within the Earth's sealed dimension realm.

Since its origin was Earth, Heavenly Law didn't wish to eliminate this maggot, and Gaia was responsible for that outcome.

However, the calamity divine maggot's re-emergence to the world would trigger the great apocalypse. Earth's Heavenly Law would start the apocalypse scenario to end the current era of civilization.
