Lex and I didn't go back to our room, like I thought we would. Then again, why limit ourselves to that space. This wasn't my parents' castle, it was mine. Everything in here, every room and every corner, was mine.

There was no reason to speak only in my room. So, Lex and I walked while we spoke. We had not been escorted around this castle the last time we were here. So, there was much we didn't know about our new home.

While we explored the main floors, Lex and I talked about everything we had learned. Of course, he wanted to hear what Jorgen had to tell me, since he wasn't able to hear the other demon speaking to me.

"I do not trust them, Talia." He said as we walked through the throne room. "They are not our allies. Not yet. They attacked you."
