It had been a few days since the incident. Or so I had been calling it. I mean, what else was I supposed to refer to it as? A madwoman who happened to be the biological mother to my mate had kidnapped her brother, thinking he was her child because she'd been too delusional to believe she'd had a daughter and not a son. 

Yeah, and there had been two deaths that night too, so "incident" seemed like a pretty good name for it. I just wanted to forget about most of it. And I was pretty sure Sereia wanted to forget about most of it as well. 

The only upside was that we seemed to be in one of our rare states of peaceful times. Who knew how long it would last this time, after all, we were the Grays, and that meant we never had calm for long.
