บท 82: 82:Worthy of love

The small shiny stones on the ring on my finger caught my eye. I zoned out staring at the little accessory that Zephirin gave me. 

He did nothing to hide the fact that the ring was meant for Laith. Silver is predominantly their color. Every symbol of love he gifted him is in the form of silver. The bracelets they both wear, the necklace he gave him, and the ring. 

His way of loving Laith is through silver. Having him give me the ring, gave me delusions of what could be. For a moment, I forgot that someone like me can never have a happy ending. 

I'm not the type of person that gets the prince and lives happily ever after. The role that suits me best is that of the villain who gets decapitated at the end of the story, so the main characters find their happiness. 

"You're the beginning of a new chapter of my life. Utterly, completely, I am yours, " it was so obvious that he was speaking indirectly to Laith.
