บท 155: Seven Gates

A swirl of Mana escaped the seven metallic doors, dancing in the middle of the hall as each participant's orbs pulsated with a brightening sheen. 

Warden Sidonia waited for the rustle to quiet as she spoke, "Every one of you has gathered a set of orbs with a particular element. They are keys that will allow you to pass through one of these gates, depending on which metal you possess." 

Meilyr briefly glanced at his gold-sculpted orb while listening to the examiner's words. 

"As you may have concluded, the Auctor Septem has bestowed upon you an element that it had seen fitting to your fundamental essence as both a magus and a living being. Thus, the path ahead of you will be specifically tailored according to its judgment."
