"So tell me Arthur, what do you want?" asked the princess, nonchalantly.

He stopped trying to cut the meat in front of him and faced the beautiful elf seated across the table. She had changed into a black netted gown and the color of her eyes was no longer green, but marvelous bright golden brown.

His best guess, it was the mana in her affecting her biology. 

"What makes you think I want something?" a mischievous smirk appeared on his face. 

"I believe in equivalent exchange. I'm ready to support you on your path to become the the next demon lord."

"Demon king," he corrected her as he drunk more of the bitter red wine in his glass. Alcohol was a front runner to become his favorite category of drinks. "I believe demon lord is a weak title, sure a demon lord is stronger than primordial demons, but it's...just…you know…weak."
