The jacarandas were tall against the evening moonlight. Their shadows were elongated and somewhat eerie. A cool ambiance spread throughout the forest. Soft, sweet wind blew throughout the place. Several beautiful petals fell because of the whooshing of the wind and in no time all the paths had been paved beautifully by a sea of flowers. The moon was shining brightly making the ambiance even more impeccable.
In the middle of the forest stood a small house that looked like a cave. Hundreds of bluebirds surrounded the house as they chirped willfully. The house had a door which was latched shut by some unknown force because there was no handle. There was a soft, hazy light that surrounded the house and it made the air very dense. Some sound could be heard from inside and when you listened closely, it was the sound of water ripples.
