"Mom, did we arrive yet? I am hungry." A black-haired boy asked looking at her mother.
"Yes, Aiden, we are almost there honey." Boy, Aiden't mother replied in a sweet tone. "I will take you somewhere good soon, ok?"
"Yes, thank you." The boy replied.
"Hehe, that's my boy." The mother chuckled to herself. "Ah, by the way, don't go and fall in love with her when you see her, ok? She has someone she already likes. And even if you are my son and undeniably handsome and cute, I have to admit you will end up losing in the end. So, hear my words, ok?"
"M-Mom! What are you talking about?" Aiden stammered, his cheeks flushing with embarrassment.
The mother grinned mischievously. "Oh, nothing, nothing. Just a mother's intuition, that's all."
Aiden rolled his eyes, not entirely convinced. He still hasn't gotten used to her antics. "Seriously, Mom, you're overly exaggerating, I am just a kid, you know."
