To get inside the Forest of Life, we had to prepare many things and think about the different possibilities and outcomes of the situations.
"Forest of Life is the territory of hunters. The mission will be way harder than a red dungeon," I explained. "Hunters are trained to kill metahumans, aliens, and supernatural entities from childhood. How are you going to deal with them? They might be normal humans, but they are highly skilled individuals. The intensive training makes them as strong as a D-rank meta, C-rank for the persistent and talented ones."
"And I can't kill anyone either," Future Ray said. "Killing them will ruin the outcome of our efforts. I must find a way to sneak inside the Forest of Life."
"... Or you could make a portal! If we know the exact location of the Bhramastra, we can open a portal leading to the coordinates," I said. "However, for that to work, we would need to plant a spy or capture a high-ranking hunter who is about to die."
"That could work. However, sending a spy should be risky. Is there any high-ranking hunter who will die in the first volume?" he asked.
"Ian Rogers, a genius scientist and a high-ranking member of the League of Hunters. He should be a professor in Paragon, belonging to the Science department. He was an Alchemy Major. The protagonist and his group discovered about his identity and reported it to their class teacher, Professor Holborn..." I pointed at Ray while passing him the data papers on the hologram, "Which is you."
"I shouldn't have killed him. I hate kids," the Future Ray sat on the chair, scrolling through the pages on the hologram.
Our first course of action was to turn Ray into Professor Holborn. I mean his image. We don't necessarily need to change his looks because he looks similar to Professor Holborn. Since he will start working at Paragon next week, we just needed to turn his character into someone who is strict but has a soft spot. In my novel, Professor Holborn plays an important role in the character development of Samuel. He will become a father figure who guides Samuel through his journey. Changing his character won't make him like kids, but it will help him adjust to them.
"By the way... Why do you always wear that spectacle?" I asked.
"If I don't wear this, you will get jealous of my charm. My face attracts unnecessary attention from women... sometimes even men," answered my doppelganger.
"Can I see your status window? You know... to motivate me to do better," I said.
"Status."

"Why are there two blanks?" I asked.
"You are not supposed to know about it yet. I also can't show you my skills either," he replied.
"Affirmable but 'S+ Charm'?! How the hell did you get that?!" I shouted.
"Genetics. It got better as I grew up," he replied with a smirk.
"I can't believe I worried about a monster like you," I sighed. "However, you should be careful when you are in Paragon. That place is full of monsters like us. They might not be on the same level as us, but in this world, strategy is everything."

Office Room of Thomas Allen
--------------
Uncle decided to introduce me to his company members as the one who would take over the company after him. Although I didn't want to inherit his property, I didn't have a choice. However, this was a great way to fix the company from its foundation. The company was not as loyal to my uncle as he thought they were. So, taking care of the unloyal members was part of my objectives as well.
"The sales this year have lessened a lot more compared to the previous years. The number of sales we have made doesn't add up to the amount of money either. Who are the sales manager and the accounters? Bring them all to the office... or better yet, kick them out. We don't need useless punks ruining our business," I said.
The manager was a merman with a heavy build. I still wonder how he manages to wear that uniform. He was sweating bullets while hearing my words.
"I think that you have made a mistake, young master. There is no way that so many of our staff members made those mistakes," he said. 'How the fuck is a kid so good at accounting?! This brat will ruin my career if I don't stop him!'
"Are you teaching me how to do accounting? Even Advanced level Chemistry is more difficult than accounting!" I shouted. "John knows how to calculate better than you!"
Alfred laughed at my remark while John was feeling proud of himself.
"Ethan, tell the ones who made this that they are fired, on your way out," Uncle whispered in the merman's ear. "Listen, I don't want to spill any blood in front of my nephew today. So, if you value your life, then see yourself out."
"But, Sir! I had no idea about any of this! I am innocent! I will fix everything! Just give me a chance!" the merman cried.
"Ethan... For five years I have given you numerous chances to correct yourself. I don't want to embarrass myself in front of my nephew. So, see yourself out while I am being nice," Thomas's eyes glowed with a tint of yellow light. "Believe me, you don't want to see my angry side."
The merman shivered at his glance, he rushed out of the room as fast as possible.
Although the company was a lot cleaner now, there was a lot of work to do.
"Are there any opposing companies in the South City besides the CCPD area? The sales in the south have dropped significantly more than the other areas." I asked.
"There was a new workshop that opened up in that area. I don't quite recall their name, however, I have heard rumours about their excellent talent in crafting guns for mercenaries. They also sell it to local merchants at a higher market price. I was thinking about getting rid of them but... Rather than getting rid of talent like them, we should just recruit them." Thomas explained. "With their work experience, I am sure that they will be able to fit in just fine."
"Make sure they are trust worthy," I remarked.
