Lennox stared at the young girl before him. He tried his best to keep his expression serious, but it was hard for him to remain too serious when he saw the mischievous sparkle in her eyes. Blanche was turning five the next day, and despite her young age, she already knew how to deal with her father and manipulate him to get what she wanted.
He turned his gaze to his wife, asking Adrienne for help, but she only shrugged in response while holding their sleeping youngest child in her bosom. She knew that her daughter had him wrapped around her little finger from the moment Blanche was born.
"Don't give me that look, Len. Didn't you wish to have a daughter like her?" She said, a mischievous smile playing on her lips. "It's your fault for not being able to be firm when you say no to her."
