It had taken Adrienne sometime before she could meet her mother's lawyer to find out whether she was left with a trust fund. She hadn't seen the man in a long time and wasn't expecting anything from this meeting with him. Hunter accompanied her to the law firm, and the lawyer's secretary welcomed them.

While waiting for the lawyer to arrive, Adrienne received a message from Gavin that they had already dealt with the parents who bullied Noah the other week. They were pressing charges against them for Noah's trauma from being detained unjustly. For some reason, the two women Adrienne had beaten up didn't sue her for assault but instead asked to settle the issue amicably.

Adrienne didn't want to waste time with them anymore as she already vented her anger that day. She decided to let Lennox and Gavin deal with them instead.
