Twelve o'clock, midnight.
The meteor shower arrived as predicted. But rather than being as romantic and dreamy as in a fairy tale, this meteor shower is much closer to reality. With that first tiny bit of brightness struck through the starry winter night sky, the second meteor followed only after about thirty seconds and the third meteor at about fifteen seconds of the second one, then it's a third minute of waiting without any meteor showing up.
"Ah... I have never really witnessed a real meteor shower before, but compared with what I read from the book, this is kind of... Uhm... Less dramatic?" said Rei, who sounds slightly confused yet intrigued.
"Well, the reality does differ from fictional stories most of the time. But it's not entirely impossible, that type of dramatic meteor shower in the story does exist just that it's extremely rare... Ah... There's another one..."
Yes, fantasy does differ from reality, just like how I was intending to end the story in Chapter 110 but apparently, it is not quite possible... haha...
