บท 126: No Tears Left To Cry.

Arissa jolted, her lips parted in shock when Nicklaus slammed her door that way. A tear slipped from her eyes and another followed. 

Cleaning her face, she ran toward the door to say something to him. The something she wants to say, she doesn't know what she has to say but anything might do, right? 

Holding the knob of her door, those dark harsh orbs flashed in her memory and stopped her hand movement from turning the knob. 

Her chest tightened as she stared at her hand holding the door knob but can't turn it open. She parted her lips with muffled sobs as she forced her hand away from the doorknob. 

Turning her back from the door, she rested her back on it for support as she cried more. 

'It's fine, you can have the open relationship you had always wanted,'

'You would get the divorce you want, I promise you that,'

'Avoid me until we formalize the divorce. Until then, we are back to strangers again,'
