"Well, I know it's not definite yet but, I do hope it'll come true."
Ethan's voice broke Lucas' train of thought. Slightly turning his chin around, he stared back at his friend who was now looking at the sky.
Children's laughter filled the air around them, blending with the echoes of leaves rustling and birds chirping.
"Because you think they'll make a good couple? Because Miss Lin is a nice woman?" Lucas tossed the questions to Ethan, thinking that the answers were already obvious.
"Hehe, yes," admitted Ethan easily. His lips formed a grin, "I don't interact often with our tenants. I first met Sis Nadia on a rainy day. I was trying to get home but, the rain was too heavy. It's basically a storm."
Ethan's mind retraced the memory that happened on that particular day. It occurred sometime in the summer of last year.
The Zhu family's home was just around the corner of the business district.
