It was certainly a long yet uncomfortable night for Asher.

After Liliana left, he remained in the suite, deeply pondering of what had just happened between them.

Sitting on the bed with his back hunched over, it was a rare sight to be seen. He was not one to show his vulnerability even when he was alone.

"Flowers rotted when not being nurtured."

"I'm already out of love with you."

Liliana's voice continuously echoed in Asher's mind, playing the scene of how calm she was when muttering those words despite her eyes getting teary.

When she left, she didn't look back.

Asher let out a deep sigh. He carelessly rubbed his forehead, his bangs fell forward, obscuring how helpless he was right now.
