Time flew fast in the capital and just as annalise wished, the day of her baby shower came faster than expected.

In a light blue off-shoulder a-line gown, annalise rubbed her nearly nine-months belly with an excited smile, ''I can't wait for you come out, Damian.''

She lifted her gaze to the door without removing her hand, ''Come in.''

The door opened, and Dante walked into her bedroom. A smile graced his lips as he stared at her, mesmerized. ''You look beautiful.''

''Thank you, Dante.'' Smiling, Annalise appreciated his words. Which women didn't like it when their husbands compliment their beauty?

After shutting the door, Dante closed the gap between them and hugged her waist from behind while his hand overlapped hers on the baby bump.
